Opportunity:
This project didn’t start as an ask from the client, but rather as the distillation of listening to client feedback over a few years and the by-product of staying current with Adobe program capabilities.

Their Feedback:
-Avoid email attachment file size restrictions.
-Control who receives the information instead of displaying it on the company website.
-Avoid waste from printed materials that go out of date before being used.

Solution:
Addressing The Feedback:
Adobe’s InDesign "Publish Online" feature generates links that open in an online pdf reader, thus eliminating the email file size problem. Because of the lack of SEO behind the URL and the amount of low traffic, someone would only find the material if they were searching extremely hard and very specifically, or when the link is shared by a salesperson. The general public would not be able to access the information. Since the program can generate changes to the same link, it allows for updates to be made without having to resend or reprint material, saving hassle and cost.

Unique Attributes:
Individualization allows each salesperson could have his/her own contact information on the back cover.
Hyperlinks have the capability to link to the website and to each salesperson’s email.
Animation creates a subtle, yet distinctive and polished feel.
