Monata 

Monata is a 'pastéis de Nata' brand that emerged in 2014, created by a portuguese friend, emigrant in New York. The love for 'pastéis de nata' and the lack that she felt of this kind of pastry in NY make her decided to embark on an intense pastry class and start this adventure. All the inspiration and illustration created for this brand came from the portuguese roots, like navigators and their caravels, 'Belém' tower and the typical portuguese tiles.
