0.1 THE QUOTIDIAN

The overlooked are often the ones that leave a person empty in its absence. These are the things that
provide company in the hustle of life, the unobtrusive elements that constantly produce an atmosphere
for individuals to be present in - even in the most mundane events. These are sounds that is often
overlooked, highlighted and visualized.

Content: raindrop, heartbeat, and footsteps.
0.2 COMMON PLACES

Everyday, traces of people’s existence are collected in the spaces they frequent, forming into familiar memories
that their senses have become accustomed to. But as this familiarity is taken over by the cycle of mundane lifestyles,
these experiences that once hold meaning have unknowingly been set aside. By subjecting one’s presence in its still
moments is to the re-discover the essence of these common places.

Content: wet market, housing development board (HDB), mass rapid transit (MRT), hawker centre.
0.3 Vividity

The essence of a colour evokes emotions, creates moods and plays with imagined creativity,
which conveys to our mind through sight. The colours are translated into abstract forms stimulating our senses.

Content: A bold series of chromatic graphic elements.
Project is in collaboration with Huifen Teo, Jasmine Sam, Jennifer Adelaine and Tan Kimberley.
