HIGGINBOTHAMS
A long project with a longer learning experience, this piece of work expanded over 8 months of working closely with spatial designers at Foley Designs under Michael Foley. Right from the carving on the building facade to the experience of finding and selecting a book to read and finding the perfect corner to read it, this project involved thorough learning of materials, layouts, installation design and signage across a large area which required a lot of navigation for avid and frequently lost book readers. The idea was to make this old school Bangalore famous book store into the new reading hub.
