We all have a bucket list of places and landmarks we would like to visit at least once in our lives. For this reason, there’s no way you can allow yourself to miss out on seeing some of these famous landmarks as there’s a reason why they are so well-known. Most of the names on this list will certainly be familiar; however, you simply cannot appreciate their beauty and splendor until you are actually standing in front of them. They have to be seen to be believed. With that said, let’s a take a look at some of the most famous landmarks you should look to visit.

Christ The Redeemer, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Whether you are religious or not, the statue of Christ The Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil should certainly be on your bucket list. The monument boasts a combination of artistic creativity and ingenious engineering. Standing at the top of Mount Corcovado, the 38-meter tall statue appears over the city with the arms stretched out in benediction. A great way to beat the crowds is by visiting at night when the structure looks even more impressive illuminated.
