In Colombia, rainfall has increased in recent years as well as the amount of flooding, forcing farmers in affected populations to leave their lands. The families who do not leave their homes, end up losing their homes, animals, land and everything they had.

The national government of Colombia can take from 1 to 3 years to indemnify these families, but they need a place to live while their lands are restored.

E-gloo is a temporary housing solution for these families, where they can live for as long as the government needs to restore their lands and give a financial subsidy.
