Enough – Reflections of a fu*ked up world is a conceptual lifestyle magazine aiming towards hermits – people who have chosen to move out of today's society because they've simply had enough. Hermits can be diverse and have different reasons for withdrawing, my target group have moved out to the woods because society's gone to far.
The magazine is initially covered with a plastic-sleeve so it'll be protected when being dropped down over the woods from a plane – that's how the magazine is being distributed. The cover is white so it'll be easier to spot in the woods. The cover is also laser cut and spraypainted, featuring an illustration that makes fun of today's hipsters.
The magazine is supposed to be both entertaining and educational for the readers, so the content within the magazine is quite diverse. It contains a lot of humor and irony, but also some serious articles. Some of the content include comic strips – mocking people in our modern society, articles about how technology is making us stupid, how we're living '1984', consumption, an interview with a woman who've opted out of the Norwegian state, inspirational nature pictures and a survival guide for new hermits. Every article is designed differently. They're all designed to convey the messages within the articles the best.
I found this project extremely interesting and educational and almost changed some viewpoints along the way.
