Typography specialist Alex Trochut was commissioned by the team at TBWA to create a series of numbers and signs for BNY Mellon, who spent the week in Miami for Art Basel looking at trends and data related to the ever increasing value of art.

Last year, 99% of global art sales came from works priced under $1 million 
Art is a form of investment. During Artweek in Hong Kong, that meant a $35 million investment for a buyer who went home with a 1975 masterpiece.
China was the second largest art market worldwide, accounting for 21% of global art sales
In 2014 the Chinese online art market generated $3.2 Billion in online auction sales.
