RON ENGLISH EAST MEETS WEST EXHIBITION - HONG KONG
We worked together with Ron to design the entire exhibition, as well as all exhibition merchandise - exclusive toys, apparel, and accessories. I led the design of all merchandise, as well as designed all event branding and collateral materials. Together with our external event production partner, we built out the event within budget and on schedule. I also managed all PR and event execution together with our external PR/events agency partner. Hong Kong was the primary stop in a 5 city Asia tour. Shanghai, Seoul, Manila, and Bangkok followed what was set by the Hong Kong show. The launch event and 2 week show were a huge success, with long line-ups from opening till closing everyday, lots of media coverage, and much of the merchandise selling out.
