Building on Mount Alvernia Hospital’s Catholic roots and her spiritual connection with Mother Nature, a visual direction using origami was chosen for its 2016 annual report. The colours and texture of the origami papers evokes a warm and hands-on feeling much like the Hospital’s approach to healthcare.
The story unfolds through the chapter dividers, showing a large growing tree, later blooming with flowers and bearing fruits, which feed the animals that help to spread its seeds and eventually sprouting new plants in another pasture.
