Really Meh? - CEA

We live in a society where there are truckloads of information being thrown in our faces on a daily basis - and even larger trucks of bone dry, corporate talk when we have to deal with serious businesses such as the purchase of a home.

Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) came up with a list of things that a consumer should realise and understand BEFORE they sign their money away for a house. To make this list more relatable for people from all educational backgrounds, we decided to communicate serious with our colloquialism, resulting in the birth of REALLY MEH?. REALLY MEH? - the name plays off the word 'realtor,' someone who is an expert in dealing with properties, as well as the word 'real,' where Singaporeans might ask "real one ah?" when checking on the authenticity of a product.

REALLY MEH? sums up the entire list as it requires consumers to be smart and ask the right questions so that they will not receive the shorter end of the stick. The list has also been broken down into bite-sized pieces which might just relate more to the public.
