This is a "twin font"! A Persian & Latin font which is created by one small font inside a very black font! So you have your duplex font right there :)
And it's not like an outline or hollow font which both of them are the same just smaller or bigger. They are 2 different fonts. Always wanted to do something like this and now I did it!
Suitable for big texts, slogans and your typographic adventures.
