Stray Art Festival is a 3-day celebration of street culture & arts.
It's goal is to reapproach the island-ish, yet urban environment of Syros through street art, by hosting events at unusual venues, invinting artists, musicians and performers from all over Greece, mixing traditional and contemporary styles.
The plastic chair is the key visual element of the festival, an iconic symbol of summer in Greek islands and traditional celebrations.
The initiative was founded and implemented by the students of dept. of Products & Systems Design Engineering, with the support of Municipality of Syros, South Aegean Region, Cyclades' Chamber and NGO "Ourios Anemos".
