Timbuktoons, collaborated with people across the nation, including the design team from the show and printing companies, to produce custom illustrated room murals for three deserving families.
The donation of creative services was part of the Augusta, Georgia; Lincolnton, North Carolina and San Antonio, Texas builds.
It was an honor to work on such an important cause…plus we got to design wall murals with some of our favorite things: gags, Toy Story, robots and superheroes.
Challenges:
– Coordinating with producers and printers in multiple locations
– Transferring the vision and art direction of the design team into wall designs
– Developing design concepts from the child’s interests and favs
– Quick turnaround (each less than two weeks from concept to delivery)

The Emmy award winning reality program “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” ran for 9 seasons and was produced by Endemol USA. Hosted by Ty Pennington, they helped rebuild more than 200 homes across the 50 states and involved well over 500,000 volunteers.
