Painting - Landscape

Sanctified landscape
painting
Landscape as a subject in painting is a symbol for what is exterior from ones point of view. But the opposite is also true; how can you avoid looking out with your own eyesglasses on, filtering everything through your own mindset.
With this in mind you can question if  there is any exterior at all – are you not looking at a interior “mindscape” – a mood which your eye can walk?
This is why I like landscape, it portray the paradox of what we render as outside and inside and makes me really wonder if what I see actually is there or just my very own theater.
My work is manually executed with fluid watercolor and acrylic paint directly on paper.
