NAMING / LOGO DESIGN / VISUAL DESIGN / INTERIOR DESIGN
OVERVIEW
Rosabosco is a kindergarten for kids ranging from 0 to 6 years old, located in Lecco (Italy), at the entrance of a path that allows users to explore meadows and woods with all the educational benefits that derive.
ASSIGNMENT
The request was to create the whole visual identity, starting from the naming and logo up to all the touchpoints of the brand, as stationery, merchandising, outdoor sign, including the interiors, in particular the definition of the floor to allow a better way finding and create a more consistent place.
DEVELOPMENT
The naming takes inspiration from the name of the headmaster (Rosa) and the presence of the wood (bosco) close to the kindergarten, aspects that could be found also in the chromatic choice of the visual identity and logo too, where there's a gradient from pink to green. The logo also reflects the range of age of the kids, from 0 to 6, highlighted in the logotype by a leaf, that, together with others, are used to recall the woods and they become the visual language of the identity.
The floor is the main element designed in the interiors to allow kids to understand where to go and again recalls the woods through lines designed as branches.
