The idea came from the brief from client to create a spin-off identity for their latest residential block, to be apart from its already launched integrated development. Being an eccentric child in the family, it has to be unique, it has to be one-of-a-kind. O-O-A-K, using the abbreviation aka urbanite code of One-Of-A-Kind, like how the youngster & new age generation uses nowadays in the digital era, which are the targeted group.
