Urban Practices Project
Brief: To take on the role of the flaneur and employ an expanded notion of drawing in order to engage with the urban environment.
Proposal: To approach the drawing task with a view to elicit a sense of the body’s space in the urban environment, and to provide examples of the unconscious spatial reference points which our bodies interact with on a constant basis, and which could provide a feeling of the influence of proprioception in navigating spatial relationships.
