Like a text scrawled on the desk of the Jesuit school where Stephen Dedalus studied, the protagonist and alter-ego of the author James Joyce in the novel A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man
Fetus (Latin embryo) is the first painting in the series. I regard the ideas of proportions by Le Corbusier, Vitruvius and other seekers of regularity in proportions as a germ idea.
