Golden Gukak x Ferdinand Collaboration

Golden Gukak x Ferdinand collaboration
This is a collaboration of the brand 'Golden Gukak' and 20th Century Fox's 'Ferdinand' for the event 'UnBULLlievable Christmas' at Quill City Mall. I was tasked with designing the keyart and poster that could be adapted to different medias.
Facebook content
*Left post never got approved for posting, the right one is a job posting posted on another fb page called Leap Asia.
Golden Gukak branding revamp
The original logo is an elephant mascot along with the logo type, and I was asked to design a logo to represent this brand.
Revamped logo design
The Gukak and it's colours from the old logo was used to maintain the origianl brand feel. Client wanted it to have a family friendly feel, and thus the face was placed on the gukak, with the possibility of creating a whole family as a mascot in the future.
Brand Story Poster

Event visual placement

Work in Progress
After downloading the character TIFF files from 20th Century Fox Promotional Partners site, and cropping out the Gukak, I proceeded to think of ways to merge the character and product together.
First draft
I thought that it would be fun for the character Ferdinand to interact with the product itself, therefore I made it look a little playful, as if Ferdinand is really looking at the product, or leaning on it.
'SNAP AND TAG' contest poster
Another keyart is needed to was to promote the contest. The idea is to for people to snap a creative pose of themselves with the Gukak and post it on Facebook to win premiere tickets to the 'Ferdinand' movie premiere.
The images used for the polaroid design was screencapped from the promotional video raw footage, then placed in the polaroid frames with the red background of the poster.
