BWS CARTOON - VOICE OF CUSTOMER (VOC)
Working with the communications team at BWS, I was tasked the job of creating a cartoon/comic, which would be distributed throughout stores around the country, as part of Customer Week. The brief consisted of a promoter and detractor scenario which may happen on a typical day as a staff member. The aim of the comic was to create a fun way to explain to staff how time management and organisation can affect themselves as well as the experience of their customers.

All of the images were hand drawn using a drawing tablet and Photoshop.
