We created 4 web spots for FLIR Systems to help promote their brand in the domestic homeland security market. FLIR Systems is a well known brand in the defense industry for state-of-the-art thermal imaging and infrared cameras. After acquiring ICx Technologies in 2010 FLIR needed a campaign to align the FLIR brand with law enforcement agencies like the National Park Police and NYPD.

We decided to create 4 spots that showcased the company's support of these agencies in protecting our national monuments and iconic destinations. But instead of falling into the same old trap of trying to focus on the company or the products, we decided to let the icons take center stage and do all the talking. The idea was pretty simple; simple and beautiful cinematography that did not get in the way of the message. A simple music track with no VO makes sure the audience is not distracted by any attempt at a hard-sell.
