"Nastavnik 2018" (Mentor 2018) is the first All-Russian forum dedicated to the development of professional mentoring in the most diverse business areas. The forum took place at VDNKh, one of the largest exhibition spaces in Moscow, on February 13-15, 2018 and brought together thousands of professionals who work in the fields of different mentoring practices.

Mendeleev's Periodic Table of Elements served as the inspiration to the artists and formed the core idea of the graphic design. The variety of elements in the table symbolizes the diversity of mentoring practices. And just as the chemical elements are interconnected, the mentor and the student are always bound with invisible ties.

We've developed the general visual concept for "Nastavnik 2018", that included the design of main halls, public areas, and navigation signs, as well as printed materials and promotional merchandise.

Первый всероссийский форум, посвященный развитию профессиональной среды наставничества в самых разнообразных сферах деятельности в России «Наставник 2018». Форум прошел с 13 по 15 февраля 2018 года, на ВДНХ (Москва), на одной из самых крупных выставочных площадок. В нем приняло участие несколько тысяч человек, непосредственно связанных с практиками наставничества.

В основе идеи графического языка лежит Периодическая таблица элементов Д.И.Менделеева. Многообразие элементов в таблице символизирует многообразие практик наставничества. И так же, как химические элементы связаны между собой, наставника и ученика объединяет незримая связь. В ходе подготовки к «Наставнику 2018» нами была разработана единая визуальная концепция форума, которая включала в себя оформление основных залов, общественных зон, навигацию. Также были выполнены печатная и сувенирная продукция.
