Character Design
About this race: They are very intelligent and a a swift kind of creature. They have a great hearing ability due to their facial disc and are very silent in their movements, these qualities make them being good at furtive approaches. Although they are related to birds, they do not fly and do not have hollow bones. And they have claws, like scythes, on their feet to aid in climbing the trees. The claws can also help them boost a run, or control the movement by maneuvering while running. They have powerful muscles on legs and a long, muscular tail to control the swing as they run.
They are intelligent and fully aware of their existence in the world, they know that one day they will die, but they believe in life after death and are alive to strengthen their spirits. They know that they are in the world by the whims of God Regulus.
Killing or injuring another one is the worst crime, sin and dishonor that exists between them, and can be sentenced to eternal prison. Members who committed such act of dishonor are heavily mistreated and may even be expelled.
Clothing with very simple designs, strong colors but very minimalist style. The simpler and more useful the garment is, the better it is to defend against attacks by negative spirits in the atmosphere. Clothing must have positive vibrations and help the wearer to have more energy during their activities and thus build a more modest mind and have peace with oneself. They may have some adornments representing the nature or forces of nature. Or sometimes emblems of the Tree where one lives. Clothing should also respect the lifestyle of this species. Ones that facilitate the movement to run, climb and fight.
Creatures known for their incredible abitiy of forging and dealing with gems. They aren't a quick creature but a sturdy and strong one. They run in their four feet, but can walk using their back legs. They use their strong claws to hunt but it does not mean they are entirely carnivorous, many fruits and vegetables are part of their diet as well. Besides their appearence, they respect the world as it is, not hunting just to kill, but only when it is necessary for living.
They have a culture of living together, but they don't form a family and they aren't linked by blood lineages. They live together because it helped them to live more and easily, like hunting together. In their city it can be seen a lot of markets and forges.
One of the favourite activities of their culture is the storytelling, they love to tell stories, to tell about their adventures, strong enemies or unusual creatures they fond and created a bond with it.
Clothes: Heavy clothes with a lot of metal, gems, jewels and they must show their pride in fighting, hunting, or show the ability of the blacksmith.
Next: Trolls race, still under construction
They are curious creatures that are not made of bones and flesh but of earth and stone, so they are 'one' with the earth. They can feel energy from the stones and know where they are. Trolls are always focused on today and do not worry about the future, for the most part. The past, however, can teach some lessons of what to do.
It is unknow how these creatures are born, but they play a very important role in the environment. They help to give more life to the land, crops and to protect the nature energy of being corrupted from bad spirits and demons.
It is known that they grow roots and fungi and that they create insects. Their food is basically these.
As they can feel the energy of everything from the earth, they have high mining potential. They "feel" where  gems and stones are.
They fight to protect themselves from other hostile creatures. Some monsters attack them to steal their vital energy and so they have a sense of defense. Practicing defense  seems to be instinctive, where older ones  teach young trolls.
They like to wear rock and gems ornaments, as these can confer energy and various sensations.
They are a leader and they  live according to the needs of the community.
As mountains are sacred to these creatures. When they die, or better, their vital energy ends, tombs are made on the walls of the mountains, symbolizing the cycle of life.
They can get around spinning at a faster speed because they are usually slower creature.
