KERAS is an uniquely natural approach to ceramics. Taking inspiration from the way rivers mold and erode rocks over time, Carme Balada, let's her medium find its singular shape as it is tumbled through her fingers. The name KERAS pays homage to her medium and approach as a shortened version of the Greek word for ceramics, keramikós, harkening back to the more organic and earthy forms of our ancient past.
