Does the application have a competitive edge? The application doesn’t have a huge competitive edge to compete universally yet. However, the application mainly targets the Middle East, and mainly people with a crisp grasp of the Arabic language. Given the fact that the applications targeting such groups are minimal, even though there are available applications that withholds the same idea as “Tabkhetna” there are many flaws with regards to the available applications in the market. Our application has a competitive edge for many of the features stated above such as rating system, communication hub with chefs and professionals, along with the most essential constraint that the application must have an efficient and effective user interface.
In addition, threats of any competitors, or new entrants is relatively high, since software development for any application is fast, and high. As a result, the application must contain a certain standard quality level in order to compete with the existing marketplace.
Furthermore, suppliers, and stakeholders, may increase in number, or withdraw themselves from supplying the application with required recipes and resources that we need in order to maintain same quality level to users. Depending on the application’s success throughout its life cycle.
