A multi-award winning dashboard tool for one of the biggest project management companies in the world
 
This was an internal project for a 'multi-national construction & project management firm'. If you think that's a mouthful, you should see some of the highly technical content their experts were writing for their website. This regularly written and insightful content was unique in their industry and was something that Faithful+Gould wanted to promote further. They also wanted to encourage their teams across the world to write more of it. 

My team developed the concept of an internal dashboard to compare the content performance between offices, countries and individuals. Getting the balance right to create a mildly competitive product that staff would enjoy interacting with, while not creating stress or a toxic competition between offices, was a key requirement.

The resulting dashboard has sky-rocketed their organic SEO, encouraged teams to collaborate more and has won a Campaign Creative award for 'Best Customer Insight' and was shortlisted for the Drum's 'Best SEO Campaign of the Year'.​​​​​​​
