Since coffee followes me form day one of my studies I dedicated the topic of this magazine to the world of coffee.
My concept was to look behind the scenes, to ask questions and to show kind of another view on the topic.
The articles also give a sneak peak on what I think could come in the next few years into the scene of coffee and cafes.
