This video was made only with xpresso and no keyframes. The principal idea is use Xpresso as a programming language like Max/Msp/Jitter, VVVV, Processing or Pure Data.
I think, that the exploration of Motion Graphics or Computer Graphics with softwares such as CINEMA 4D who has tools as Xpresso, can generate auto-generative computer movements. With the classic keyframe techniques, this kind of motion, would be an arduous and complicated work. Only creating a "patch" in Xpresso and let the computer generate their own outcome looks like quite interesting in the art of Motion Graphics.
