UX redesign of i-pass application (test project)

This was a test project that got me my first UX job. The request was to redesign the i-pass application and provide new wireframes.
About i-pass: "i-bank pass is a cutting edge, internationally and nationally award-winning service that enables you to generate an e-queuing ticket for service at a cashier's desk, before you visit the NBG branch, and to know beforehand when your turn is expected, so you won't have to hang around in queues", as described at NBG website.
A research was done to keep up-to-date with the current design trends, having them in mind for proper evaluation of the current design.
Then, some test users where observed and interviewed using the current app.
By creating the current design flow, the areas that could be improved were made more clear.
Below are depicted the step-by-step wireframes of the original app flow, showing in blue the user actions. These were created to clearly indicate the proposed changes that follow next. Only the first 20 of 76 screens in total are shown here.
The improvements were focused on how to minimize user actions and provide a flow that requires the less effort from the user, shown in red to the following diagram.
Then, new solutions were applied, replacing the areas of change or adding improvements, shown in green to the following diagram.
Finally, the new wireframes in terms of how the UX of the redesigned app will be were provided, before designing the final UI mockups based on them. Again, only the first 20 screens are shown here.
The new proposal was tested on a sample of users, using interview and observation and changes were made based on that feedback.
Thank you for your time!
