Shingo Sato’s design process “transformational reconstruction” which is done in 3D gives so much more possibilities to be creative. It starts with a basic pattern which you can accomplish by moulage/draping or drafting my hand on pattern paper. In this method, I have used the simple technique of drafting the pattern on paper first. With the help of his videos posted on youtube, I have tried to make ‘the bamboo sleeve’.
