For this project I had to create a recognizable graphic illustration of a scene, character or object using a selected quote from a classic children’s book. The illustration had to be created completely through the manipulation and combination of type. I chose the quote, "People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing everyday.",from the children's book Winnie The Pooh, by A.A. Milne, and created my whole illustration using just that quote in Illustrator. After I finalized this, I was also required to create a book jacket cover. I created the book cover in InDesign and designed it so that it was easy on the eyes to read, but also very easy to recognize that it was a Winnie The Pooh book. I took colors from other versions of Pooh books and created a color palette from that.
