Following pages are samples from a 48page book I had to design and typeset for the Department of Justice and Equality. Being for the National Disability Inclusion Strategy there were strict rules for design to make sure it was easy accessible to all people with impairments or disabilities. All images and colour schemes were approved by the client.
All of the rules to follow when designing for this was a challenge, but once we settled on an approved layout and insured all guidelines were followed the book started to take form. I know if I was ever to approach doing something like this again I would have a good understanding of what is required to make such a document.
