On November 3rd 2017, I got bored during my internship at a creative agency so I decided to play around in Photoshop with an idea that I had. My eyes were alawys drawn to the retro art style of the 80's (more specificaly, the relatively new genre of retrowave and synthwave music and visuals).
The artwork I created is seen below, and underneath that image is a gif of how the artwork was formed.
In April of 2018, I was approuched by a communcation employee from the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam (the school I was at that time studying at). She asked if they could publish my artwork on the cover and back of their annual magazine about news and developments inside the school. It was such an honor to see my work being published and credited.
