Koncept
U konceptualizaciji ovog projekta akcenat je na kontaktu sa neposrednim okruženjem u fizičkom ali i programskom smislu. Uvođenjem elemenata zelenila, kulture i satanovanja postiže se programska kompatibilnost sa okruženjem, dok u fizičkom aspektu prateći ritam postojećih objekata a korišćenjem savremenijih materijala objekat biva interpoliran u ovu sredinu. Prepoznavanjem značajnih prostornih dominanti poput Kalemegdana , prometne ulice Tadeuša Košćuška I fasadnih frontova susednih objekata , izdvojili su se prostorni, društveno-socijalni I ekonomski elementi kao polazne tačke za process projektovanja I odabir namene objekta. Analizirajući susedne objekte (njihov položaj i značaj) nastaju zaključci o formiranju objekta u odnosu na kalkane postojećih okolnih objekata, čime unutrašnji prostor objekta postaje porozan i postaje nekakav vid procesije ka središnjem delu.. Na taj način se korisnici “uvlače u prostor”, a kao “magneti” su zamisljeni komercijalni sadržaji poput restorana, galerija, itd..
U programskom smislu objekat je hotel za umetnike i uključuje i sadržaje koji su njima neophodni. Program je izabran imajući u vidu značaj i cenu same lokacije a takođe i blizinu brojnih kulturno umetničkih sadržaja.. Analizirajući susedne blokove zadržan je motiv unutrašnjeg dvorišta u savremenoj interpretaciji. Postoje različiti nivoi privatnosti postignuti nivelacijom terena, a naročito su interesantne veze ( fizičke i vizuelne) nad procesijom slobodnog prostora . Ovaj objekat čine dva elementa. Jedan je “mekši i lakši” i u pogledu materijalizaciji i intenziteta aktivnosti. Njega odlikuje čelična konstrukcija i odiše “lakoćom”, a od programa nudi ateljee i galerije za umetničke izložbe. Drugi element je “tvrđi”, predstavlja smestajnu zonu sa dodatnim sadržajima u vidu restorana, administracije hotela itd.. Sobe su prilagođene potrebama umetnika, najveći broj soba je dvoetažno, na prvom nivou su kupatilo i spavanje dok je na spratu studio.

Concept
In the conceptualization of this project, emphasis is on contact with the immediate environment in both physical and program terms. By involving elements of nature, culture and habitation, programatic compatibility with the environment is achieved, while in the physical aspect, following the rhythm of existing objects, and using modern materials, the object is interpolated to this environment. By identifying significant spatial dominants such as Kalemegdan, Tadeuša Kosuška street and facade fronts of adjacent buildings I identified space, social and economic elements which were starting points for the design process and the selection of the object's purpose. In a programmatic way, this object is a hotel for artists and includes the content they need. The program was selected having in mind the importance and the price of the site itself, as well as the proximity of numerous cultural and artistic content.
Analyzing the adjacent blocks, the motif of the inner courtyard is retained in contemporary interpretation. There are different levels of privacy achieved by leveling the terrain, and in particular there are interesting links (physical and visual) to the process of free space. This object consists of two elements. One is "softer and lighter" in terms of materialization and intensity of activity. It is distinguished by its steel construction and is echoed by "ease" and offers studios and galleries for art exhibitions. The second element is "harder", it represents a residential area with additional amenities in the form of restaurants, hotel administration, etc .. The rooms are adapted to the needs of the artists, most of the rooms are duplex, on the first level there is a bathroom and sleeping while the studio is on the first floor.
