Two types of performance:

1) Sterile accessed: performed in a box (mini studio) 5cm size for shooting nails on the hands and bigger box (210x297cm), was used for photographing toesnails.

2) An intimate and psychological approach: shooting  of hand nails and toesnails took place  on the palm of the artist in different improvised positions.
The main question which this work provokes is the relation to the notion of value. Dragged along with it, is the question of singularity, of the body; as an affective body, above and beyond the subject as producer and recipient of the sign, draged into symbolic belonging. Any phenomenon is a sign or a symptom, moreover, of a force, of a forceful appropriation of a thing by a force or by forces. Symptomatology of the nails; it asks: what forces have appropriated them, and on the basis of what kind of evaluations, what moralities and modes of existence? Repressed and ashamed part of the body which is tied to evaluation, it disturbs the hierarchy of the concept and the elevation of man, a pluralisation of knowledge and an indifference to hierarchy which counter the drive to appropriation. In undoing the logic of development it also tends to undo the conceptual security of the concepts of beginning and end. Bataille asks the question about beginning in an area where it had never been asked before: where does the human body begin ? Foot, nails as low, and therefore as a site of seduction, of potential transgression different mappings of the body of ashamed and repressive individualism, identities, health, system of art and politics of capitalism.
