Ninth studio album of the band.
Released in September 1975, combines a critique to the music industry and a tribute to Syd Barred, whose mental breakdown had forced him to leave the group.
Concept
This project use the title of the album in two different conceptions. Love and Nostalgia, for the lover and the friend.
ICONS
For this project we only use four colors, divided in two groups. Also we simplified the faces of the five members of Pink Floyd in order to make them iconic, simple and memorable.
This icons are aplied to the whole project, for the packaging we use the icon of Syd Barrett and for covers of prints, we create a modular sistem with all the faces.

The two B/W faces are the metaphorical representation of melancholy and desire.
Process
The process of creation and development of this special edition packaging started with a hand made cover. We use color paper, goauche and a lot of patience for the final result. All these photos correspond to this first edition.
