The Akora juicer was created to expand on existing juicers, most juicers have a specific size to work with an individual piece of fruit, so I went with an elongated bowl to allow a range of fruits to work in the same device. The other error observed in user testing of existing ones was that it wasn't clear which side the fruit should face up so graphics were added to aid the user.
