This compilation is a direct reaction to the destructive, chaotic, beautiful effect skateboarding has on an individual. Sandpaper (grip tape) of coloured or clear assortment, paint pens, ink, photographs, and stickers were all used to compile these four pieces. Not only are these pieces a direct reflection of the aesthetic of a 1980's skater/ surfer, but it is also a physical embodyment of individuality.
