This is a workshop based on the tools from the design thinking metodology to help a small team to identify a problem, bring up an idea and solve it by making rapid prototypes.

The workshop consisted in 4 phases, each one with different activities.

1. Know the Problem (Field research, Self-analysis, Feedback from others)

2. Know the user (Persona design, Empathy map, As-Is scenario map)

3. Build an idea (Brainstorming, Drawing, Rapid prototyping)

4. Test (Usability tests, Cognitive walkthrough)

At the end you can iterate the process until you get a fully built prototype.
