A birthday card created on the occasion of the twenty-fourth birthday of my sister, Shahira.
Shahira is one of the founders of a company which uses shrimp waste to create a chemical product named chitosan, hence the title: "Shrimp Boss" (and the
bare-gloved-hands holding two (quite dead?) shrimps).
The yellow coat is a coat she got for her birthday and the strands of hair (and bun!) represent the way her hair frequently looks like (a bit like a signature look). They also further establish her connection with the shrimpies as they were made using the 'antennae' from their part of the illustration.
