These are gouache illustrations that I did while at Fashion Institute of Technology. These were all created with the idea that they were part of the same family and weaved with the same themes. I started off with sketches, then refined them into tighter illustrations on tracing paper, with the final transposition being onto the black card stock. I then painted each to finish the idea in a tight and clear manner.
This collection was made for a Fine Jewelry class, but I like to think that I brought a more unorthodox angle to what fine jewelry typically looks like. Some may consider this bridge jewelry, but I always envisioned it for a more edgy, classy woman (or man!)
