Purpose:
To provide Hispanic students an opportunity to meet and hear successful role models who will inspire and motivate them to become successful leaders through education.
Conflict:
There isn't a permanent standing logo design for the conference. The t-shirt design has changed each year and has remained inconsistent.
Solution:
Create a logo design that describes leadership and culture. Make the logo combine a business and festive aspect to the design.
Chosen color for 29th Annual Conference T-shirt color was Texas Orange. The colors were changed to accommodate the color.
