A ferryboat is the main mean of transport to get most tourists from mainland to their final destination on the island (or vice versa). Jadrolinija is the biggest and most common ferryboat company in Croatia who's slogan says: „The vacation starts on board“. Given that ferryboats are slow, the travel can last from half an hour to a few hours in total so the content limited and people often spend their time being bored, hot, sweaty, tired and looking ahead to their final destination. The feelings of the travelers combined with the visual feel of the boat created  a unique atmosphere that inspired me.
