This is a conceptual project of redevelopment of the Soviet building.
Its former function was the "Red Excavator" factory`s House of Culture. As a new function it is planned to turn it into the Art Center of Ukrainian Contemporary Painting.

Art galleries, one restaurant and studios are proposed at two existing levels.
On the additional third level could find a place multifunctional exhibition space.
