Aim of Bachelor Project was project of housing complex. Proposed project site was located on the periphery of Komín area, in the city of Brno. From one side is this site surrounded by existing built-up area, from another by forest. Locality is full of garden cabins, typical from socialism era. To them went social human being, living in straitened flat, recreate. Cabins offered relaxation in a way of gardening, and DIY work, or just doing sweet nothing. By the cabins is inspired my bachelor project.

Kdo chce málo, má moc... In translation, Who wants a little, has got a plenty... (alt. power). Name of the project reacts to the its concept. Original of this name was found as a local graffiti in the area.

Project is proposing a design of living for young people. Specifically for people who are interested in own living. But they haven’t got enough financial capital to build family house. Also they don’t want to rent a flat, or be indebted by mortgage for long years, right after graduation. Target group of a project are students and young graduates of universities.
