I created this project for the book we were reading in English called 'Crime and Punishment'. Since the plain book cover wasn't cutting it for our class, we all made our own version of what we thought the title should look like. I used images off the internet and put them into Adobe Illustrator and used the Image Trace tool to give it the compact color look that I wanted. Then I placed the image into Adobe Photoshop and recolored the handcuffs to look more metallic using the Brush tool. I used a font that was a little eroded to give the reader a spooky feeling. Then I used a scratched in font for the author's name sort of like engravings would be on a prison wall.
