Coming from a faraway galaxy, the beer masters of Caras de Malte (guys from Malt, loosely translated) established a microbrewery and brewpub in the small town of Campos do Jordão, Brazil. In 2015 I developed their brand identity, signage and beer labels.

Coming from a faraway galaxy, the beer masters of Caras de Malte (guys from Malt, loosely translated) established a microbrewery and brewpub in the small town of Campos do Jordão, Brazil. In 2015 I developed their brand identity, signage and beer labels.
The identity was based on a brand story we created to set the tone of communication: the people from the planet Malte (a play on Marte, portuguese for Mars + malt), came to Earth to find pure water to brew some great beer. The lighthearted space theme guided the graphics, illustrations and language of all materials and signage inside the brewery.

Vindos de uma gálaxia distante, os mestres cervejeiros da Caras de Malte vieram criar uma microcervejaria e brewpub na pequena cidade de Campos do Jordão, São Paulo. Em 2015 eu criei a identidade visual, sinalização e rótulos para a cervejeria.
A identidade se baseou na história que criamos para dar o tom da comunicação: o povo do planeta Malte veio à Terra em busca da água mais pura para fazer uma ótima cerveja. O tom divertido e sci-fi foi o que guiou os grafismos, ilustrações e linguagem em todos os pontos de contato da cervejeria.
