We created brand identity and packaging for the fantastic Small & Wild. They make happy herbal teas for kids so it was important for us to represent the natural ingredients in their tea with traditional, hand painted techniques.
We chose an illustration style that would appeal to children up to 12 yrs but also feel familiar, with nostalgic appeal for parents. We wanted to link the ritual of making tea with the ritual of story time – quiet moments of family connection.
Creating a world of characters for each tea also allowed us to think beyond the packaging so that Small & Wild had everything they needed to continue their brand world.
