Ang Bao: Rooster Year 2017
In celebration of the Rooster Year, MALT Studio teamed up with ILITHO Printing to present this mandatory fixture of Chinese New Year.
We have created five series of Ang Bao that take cues from ordinary, everyday objects featuring traditional rooster images that we have come to be accustomed with, here in Indonesia. The direction is built around bold graphics, intricate mixed media illustrations, and cheerful colour bank.
